On that basis, advise on resolving land recovery, land allocation, and land lease at Chu Lai Airport at the request of Chu Lai Airport Authority in accordance with the provisions of law.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Tax Department to study and advise on the proposal of the Central Airport Authority on the temporary collection of land rent and other revenues (if any) of Chu Lai Airport and Skypec Branch according to regulations.
Previously, the Provincial People's Committee received a request document from the Central Airport Authority in Report No. 1082/BC/2024 on the situation of land management, exploitation and use at Chu Lai Airport.
