Based on that, we will advise on resolving issues related to land reclamation, land allocation, and land leasing at Chu Lai Airport as requested by the Chu Lai Airport Authority, in accordance with the law.
The Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Provincial Tax Department to research and advise on resolving the request from the Central Vietnam Aviation Authority regarding the temporary collection of land lease fees and other revenues (if any) from Chu Lai Airport and Skypec Branch in accordance with regulations.
Previously, the Provincial People's Committee received a request from the Central Vietnam Aviation Authority in Report No. 1082/BC/2024 regarding the management, exploitation, and use of land at Chu Lai Airport.
