Therefore, in recent years, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in Hanoi has always attached importance to innovating the organizational apparatus, building a team of Front cadres with courage, intelligence and creativity, meeting new revolutionary tasks.

The glorious historical journey of the Hanoi Fatherland Front is also the process of organizational development. In the new period, the city Fatherland Front at all levels has fundamentally innovated in organization, streamlined staff, and operated with quality and efficiency. Mr. Vu Hong Khanh - former Chairman of the Hanoi Fatherland Front Committee said that the city Fatherland Front at all levels has increasingly innovated in methods, organization and expanded relationships in many areas. Therefore, the prestige of the Fatherland Front among the people is increasingly evident. The trust of the people and the recognition of leaders at all levels in the political system in recent times are the measure of operational efficiency. This is also the joy of the city Fatherland Front cadres, the motivation for the Front cadres to continue to strive to innovate in every job and every event.

“The role and position of the Fatherland Front at all levels in the city in the political system in general and among the people in particular are being consolidated, promoted, clearly present and constantly innovated in their activities. Besides, this year is the year of organizing the Fatherland Front Congress at all levels, attracting great attention from all walks of life as well as the government system from the central to the grassroots level,” said Mr. Khanh.

Notably, to contribute to bringing our country into a new era, an era of national development, former Chairman of the Hanoi Fatherland Front Committee Dao Van Binh also suggested that the city's Fatherland Front at all levels should proactively have solutions to take the lead in deploying and implementing emulation movements along with implementing the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels. In particular, the city's Fatherland Front should organize seminars with the participation of scientists , providing solutions as well as directions for the Front's activities in the coming time. From there, promote Party committees and authorities at all levels to effectively implement the Resolutions set forth by the Party Congresses at all levels.

Assessing the effectiveness and operational capacity of the Front's staff at all levels in the capital, Chairwoman of the Hanoi Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Lan Huong said that in recent years, the Standing Committee of the City Fatherland Front Committee has always paid attention to building a team of specialized Front staff in all aspects of work. In particular, the City Fatherland Front has always paid attention to innovating the organizational structure, building a team of Front staff with courage, intelligence and creativity, meeting the new revolutionary tasks of the country. From there, it contributes to strengthening trust, being a solid bridge in the close relationship between the people and the Party and the government.

According to Ms. Nguyen Lan Huong, Front officials are proactively adapting to the latest in science and technology every day and every hour to serve their tasks. However, Front officials at all levels in the city also uphold their responsibilities, continue to inherit, promote and foster the 94-year tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. Therefore, Front officials need to continue to innovate themselves, not stagnate and fall behind. If they do not innovate themselves, study and apply technology in their work, their work skills will be stunted and their personal capacity will be limited.

Innovation must be carried out in a positive direction, applying science and technology in all activities. In addition to "thinking, listening, walking, speaking, and doing", Front cadres must always uphold the spirit of "4 truths": Think truly, speak truly, do truly, and achieve real results. These things make the role and position of the city's Fatherland Front at all levels increasingly enhanced.
