Improving the quality of Front cadres in the new term

Implementing the plan of the Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Son district on organizing the Congress of Fatherland Front delegates at district and grassroots levels for the 2024-2029 term, the Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committee of the district chose Yen Son town as the unit to organize the grassroots congress to gain experience for the communes in the district. With careful and thorough preparation, the Congress of Fatherland Front delegates of Yen Son town for the 2024-2029 term was a great success, ensuring the content, time and form, the number of delegates attending was correct according to the regulations, highly appreciated by the leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front and the Steering Committee of the District Congress.

Immediately after the model congress held in Yen Son town from February 28 to March 9, all 27/27 commune-level units of Yen Son district successfully organized the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2024-2029 term. Ms. Le Thi Hoa, Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairwoman of the Yen Son District Fatherland Front Committee, assessed that through the process of preparing and organizing the Congress, the Fatherland Front at the commune and town levels always received the attention of the District Party Committee Standing Committee, the District Fatherland Front Committee Standing Committee, the direct leadership of grassroots Party committees and the coordination and facilitation of the government and mass organizations. The preparation work for the Congress was actively carried out to ensure compliance with the direction of Party committees at all levels and the guiding documents of the higher-level Fatherland Front. In the process of implementing the Plan to organize the Congress of Delegates of the Fatherland Front at district and grassroots levels for the 2024-2029 term, the Standing Committee of the District Fatherland Front Committee organized work with grassroots Party committees and Standing Committees of the Fatherland Front Committees of communes and towns on the preparation of the grassroots Congress to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles.

Chairwoman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Son district, Le Thi Hoa, also affirmed that during the organization process, the delegates attending the Congress ensured the composition and structure, both representative and representative of socio-political organizations, ethnic groups, religions and outstanding individuals. The personnel of the Fatherland Front Committees of communes and towns for the 2024-2029 term had a fundamental change, ensuring the correct requirements, structure, composition, non-party ratio, female ratio, prestigious people, and outstanding people. In particular, the Secretaries or Standing Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committees of communes and towns were all appointed to participate in the membership of the Fatherland Front Committees at the same level.

With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", the Congress unanimously elected members of the new term of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, who are truly exemplary individuals, representing the will and aspirations of the people; enthusiastic, responsible with prestige, intelligence, and dedication to the cause of Great National Unity. The grassroots congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the whole district has consulted and elected 146 outstanding delegates to attend the 21st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the district, term 2024-2029.

“The successful organization of the grassroots Fatherland Front Congress has created a wave of political activities and an exciting emulation movement among the masses. This is an important premise for the Yen Son District Fatherland Front Congress scheduled to take place in early April 2024,” Ms. Hoa informed.

Yen Son district is the first unit in Tuyen Quang province to complete the grassroots-level Fatherland Front Congress. Up to now, the whole province has had 39/138 communes and wards successfully organizing the Fatherland Front Congress for the 2024-2029 term.
