Previously, a symbol had been installed at this intersection since 2019, but it was damaged and collapsed due to storm Yagi in September 2024.
In recent years, Hai Duong has seen the emergence of a number of new urban areas with modern and aesthetic designs thanks to investments in the construction of public spaces and architectural works. Three of these highlights are the ecological urban area along the Thai Binh River (Ecorivers, in the photo), the Phu Quy urban area, and the new urban area south of Hai Duong City.
At this time, the real estate market in Hai Duong City is entering a period of strong recovery and transformation, continuing the positive changes of 2024.
