Rescue 3 people lost while climbing Hoang Nguu Son mountain

On the evening of June 22, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Khanh Hoa Provincial Police, announced that a group of people who got lost while climbing Hoang Nguu Son Mountain, Phuoc Dong Commune, Nha Trang City had been safely rescued. They were Nguyen Trung Luan, Pham Tien Phap (all residing in Nha Trang City) and Huynh Kim Long (residing in Ninh Hoa Town).

At around 4:00 p.m. the same day, the on-duty Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, Provincial Police received a report from a person named Nguyen Trung Luan that they were lost while climbing the mountain and needed help. Immediately after receiving the information, the unit immediately dispatched a rescue vehicle and 6 officers and soldiers to the scene, coordinating with the police and militia of Phuoc Dong commune to organize the rescue. After many hours of climbing the mountain, at around 7:15 p.m. the same day, the forces reached the three victims. Through initial examination, the three victims were mentally stable, with no external injuries. The forces provided food and water, and reassured the victims. At around 8:45 p.m., all three victims were brought down the mountain safely and handed over to the Phuoc Dong commune police.

According to the victims, the three of them climbed Hoang Nguu Son mountain that morning to experience it. However, when they returned, they got lost and could not find their way down the mountain, so they called for help.
