Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee approved a list of a total of 35 medium-voltage and low-voltage power projects. The expected scale of the newly built medium-voltage line is nearly 99km, renovated and upgraded nearly 28km; the newly built low-voltage line is 85km, renovated and upgraded 35km; the newly built transformer station is 68MVA, upgraded and renovated nearly 10MVA. The total preliminary investment is more than 493 billion VND. The expected construction progress is in the first quarter and completed in the third quarter of 2026.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned Dong Nai Electricity Company Limited to take full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the proposed projects, ensuring compliance with the planning and plans approved by competent authorities; implementing projects in accordance with current legal regulations; proactively coordinating closely with relevant departments, branches, localities and units in the process of implementing projects; regularly reviewing power sources and power grids in the province to promptly develop plans and report to competent authorities for upgrading, renovating and investing to ensure meeting the demand for electricity for socio -economic development and people's lives.
