(DN)- On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day, on the morning of June 20, a working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province led by Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Thai Bao visited, presented gifts, and congratulated press agencies in the province.

Visiting Dong Nai Radio and Television Station and Dong Nai Newspaper, comrade Thai Bao sent his best wishes to the leaders, officers, reporters, editors, cameramen, technicians and employees of the two units.

At the same time, highly appreciated the results that Dong Nai Newspaper and Dong Nai Radio and Television Station have achieved in the past time. The two units have constantly innovated, gradually modernized technology, improved the quality of content and form of expression of press works. Thereby affirming that they are the main media agencies of the province, a very important bridge between the Party Committee, the government and the people of Dong Nai province.

Through press works in newspapers and radio, we have contributed to orienting public opinion, creating high consensus among the people, contributing to promoting the great national unity bloc, and well performing political , socio-economic, national defense and security tasks in the area.

Comrade Thai Bao hopes that in the coming time, when the press agencies in the province merge with the Radio - Television Station and Binh Phuoc Newspaper, the collective leadership, cadres, reporters, editors, and employees of Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio will continue to promote the glorious tradition of Vietnam's revolutionary press, maintain political courage, promote the ethics of journalists, contribute to the development of the country, and build Dong Nai to be more dynamic, creative, and prosperous. In the current era of technological development, it is both a challenge and an opportunity for the press agencies in the province to innovate in the direction of multimedia communication. The provincial leaders always pay attention and create the best conditions for the press agencies to develop strongly.

Comrade Thai Bao also noted that the whole country is currently at a very important moment, making efforts to carry out the revolution to reorganize the apparatus. Therefore, Dong Nai Newspaper and Dong Nai Radio and Television need to have a plan and continue to propagate well to orient public opinion, so that all classes of people believe in this revolution, especially to arouse the spirit and responsibility of the cadres and party members.

At the Provincial Journalists Association, comrade Thai Bao highly appreciated the results that the Journalists Association has achieved in the past time. In particular, the Journalists Association has always accompanied the press agencies in the province, promoted the role of gathering members, and maintained the ethics of journalists. Visiting the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department - the standing agency of the Provincial Party Committee's Electronic Information Portal, comrade Thai Bao emphasized that when talking about the results of press agencies, it is impossible not to mention the very important role of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department. In the past time, the Department has promptly and effectively advised the provincial leaders on the fields of ideology, culture, religion, and ethnicity. At the same time, it has directed propaganda work in the right direction, promptly, and effectively. On behalf of the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, comrade Thai Bao sent warm congratulations to the cadres, employees, and editors of the Provincial Party Committee's Electronic Information Portal for successfully completing the assigned tasks. Although newly established, it has demonstrated its role in propaganda work and information orientation.
