Hoa Binh Construction Group (stock code: HBC) said that the group has just had its credit limit extended by the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) until June 30, 2025.
Accordingly, BIDV agreed to extend the regular credit limit to Hoa Binh Construction Group with a maximum amount of VND 4,000 billion, of which the maximum loan limit, payment guarantee and opening of L/C (Letter of Credit) is VND 2,000 billion.
Hoa Binh Construction commits to using this capital effectively and transparently, ensuring maximum benefits for shareholders, partners and customers. The company will continue to maintain a strict financial management policy and periodically report on the use of capital to stakeholders, especially strategic partner BIDV.

This credit facility will be used to finance planned large-scale construction projects, including overseas projects, and to invest in modern technology and equipment to enhance the company's competitiveness. In addition, this source of capital will also help HBC optimize its financial structure, reduce capital costs and ensure flexibility in business operations.
According to the leader of Hoa Binh Construction, in addition to the credit limit from BIDV, the group is also granted limits from several other banks such as SeaBank , VietinBank, VPBank... with a total limit of nearly 5,100 billion VND.
A few days ago, more than 347 million HBC shares were transferred to trading on the UpCom floor after receiving the decision to delist from the HoSE floor. Currently, the trading price of HBC shares on the UpCoM floor is about 5,400 VND/share.
