To ensure the achievement of the two goals of type II urban criteria and the standards of urban infrastructure development level of the district, the People's Committee of Cam Ranh City needs to compare the two sets of criteria and standards to propose programs and projects, focusing on overcoming the unmet standards.

To achieve this goal, Cam Ranh city needs a total investment capital of 220 trillion VND. Of which, the budget capital is more than 25 trillion VND, and non-budget capital is nearly 195 trillion VND. For the 6 communes to become wards, in terms of population size criteria, only Cam Phuoc Dong commune has more than 15,000 people; in terms of socio -economic development structure and level, only Cam Binh commune has met 3 criteria; The urban infrastructure system standard requires meeting 10/13 criteria, but only Cam Thanh Nam and Cam Lap communes meet them.
