Construction and repair of 78 Great Solidarity houses

(CT) - The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of O Mon Ward has just held a ceremony to hand over the Great Unity House to Mr. Le Van Hau's family in Thoi Hoa A area (photo). This is a project to welcome the 1st Congress of the O Mon Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Mr. Hau's family has no land for production, the couple works for hire, has 2 small children of school age, and is in difficult housing circumstances. The newly built house has an area of ​​40 square meters, a corrugated iron roof, and a tiled floor. The total construction cost is 70 million VND; of which, the Ward Fund for the Poor supported 60 million VND, the remaining amount was contributed by family relatives. At the house handover ceremony, the Ward Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and local organizations gave Mr. Hau's family many meaningful gifts, congratulating the family on their new house.

Since the beginning of the year, O Mon ward has built and repaired 78 Great Unity houses for the poor and those in difficult housing circumstances, with a total value of over 3.4 billion VND.
