In the 2025-2026 school year, Tam Duong Secondary School has 36 staff, teachers, employees, and 786 students. Determining that building school culture plays an important role in building a friendly, professional, and healthy learning environment, this content was deployed by the School Board to all staff, teachers, and students right from the beginning of the school year. Teachers integrate propaganda and education of school culture for students in classes, at the beginning of class, extracurricular activities, especially integrating teaching in subjects: civic education, career experience and local education. The school also instructed homeroom teachers to have students and parents sign a commitment to comply with the school's regulations. At the same time, the role of the Youth Union, especially the school's Red Star Team, was promoted to promptly detect and remind students who violated school regulations. In addition, the school also did a good job of coordinating between the school and parents in educating students.

Always maintaining ethical standards, teacher qualities, being dedicated to the profession, always caring and sharing, being close and attentive to students, or building a fair learning environment, respecting students, guiding them to love and share, that is also the way that teachers of Tam Duong Secondary School demonstrate culture in school.

Teacher Le Thi Hoang Anh (Literature teacher, Tam Duong Secondary School) shared: “Being both a homeroom teacher and a direct teacher, I always do a good job of setting an example and behaving according to the standards of a teacher. I always learn, unite, and maintain good relationships with colleagues. For students in the school, I always care, get close, and closely follow each student to better understand their circumstances and share and encourage them in a timely manner. I think building a culture in school is a necessary thing to train personality and educate ethics for students.”

Teacher Hoang Dinh Tien (Math teacher, Tam Duong Secondary School) also expressed: "To implement school culture, teachers need to be exemplary; fair in the way they treat students, in grading. At the same time, respect students, and aim for students to know love and solidarity."

Along with that, the school also promotes cultural, artistic, and sports activities, contributing to creating a joyful, exciting atmosphere, a spirit of solidarity and sharing. At the same time, it launches emulation movements, building a positive learning environment such as: "Good at school work, good at home work", "Active and creative students", "Building green, clean and beautiful schools". These movements help promote students' sense of responsibility and will to overcome difficulties, improve the professional qualifications of school staff and teachers. Thanks to that, the school's comprehensive education quality has been significantly improved. In the 2024-2025 school year, the rate of students with good and fair conduct in the school reached over 98%; the rate of students promoted to the next grade reached over 95%; the school had 25 students winning provincial prizes.

Teacher Hoang Minh Tien - Vice Principal of Tam Duong Secondary School said: "Implementing school culture has contributed to raising awareness and consciousness for students; gradually forming a cultured personality and communication for teachers as well as students in the school.
