At 3:45 p.m. on April 13, at Km1325 of National Highway 1 in Chinh Nghia village, An Phu commune, Tuy Hoa city, a traffic accident occurred between a motorbike 86B1-093.65 driven by Tran Van Kiet, born in 1969, residing in Phuoc Nong village, Hoa Binh 1 commune, Tay Hoa district, traveling north-south with a motorbike (without a license plate, the owner of the vehicle is Nguyen Kim Lai, born in 1997, residing in Chinh Nghia village) parked on the roadside heading north-south.
