On October 5, 2024, in Yen Ninh ward, Yen Bai city, Yen Bai province, the groundbreaking ceremony of the GO! Yen Bai commercial project officially took place. The project is built on an area of nearly 13,000 m2 with a total investment of over 223 billion VND. Yen Bai Riverside Urban Area has a total investment of nearly 1,000 billion VND, invested by Binh Minh Tay Bac Investment Joint Stock Company. The project was granted a construction permit by Yen Bai City People's Committee in March 2024 with a scale of 705 villas, townhouses and shophouses, expected to be launched in 2025.

The project stretches along the banks of the Red River and along both sides of Bach Lam Street right in the center of Yen Bai city. This location is considered to have great development potential with a synchronous and complete traffic infrastructure, easy connection to entertainment, health care, tourism facilities, etc. Moreover, riverside urban projects are considered to increase spiritual value as well as long-term investment value for customers.
