As a construction engineer currently running a home-based business, Nguyen Quoc Anh has a busy schedule, so he often takes advantage of early mornings or late afternoons on weekends to take photos. Occasionally, he participates in field trips with fellow photographers from within and outside the province.

Emotions for the Mekong Delta
I remember the days of performing comedy in the Mekong Delta.
Nguyen Quoc Anh was born in 1990 in Phuoc Hau ward, Vinh Long province; he is a member of the Photography Branch of the Vinh Long Provincial Association of Literature and Arts.
His passion for photography began at the age of 20, but it wasn't until 10 years later that he had the means to invest in equipment and explore creative possibilities. The more he photographed, the more enjoyable it became, especially when he captured satisfying images. His passion grew, and he became even more enthusiastic, creating more works after winning awards in 2024 ("Two spheres in the clouds," Third Prize - Golden Moment Press Photography Award, exhibited at the Mekong Delta Regional Art Photography Festival; "Restoring the brick kiln," Encouragement Award at the Mekong Delta Regional Marathon in Vinh Long...).

Quoc Anh shared: “Every time I pick up a camera, it's like stepping into another world , where I can freely capture the beauty in the frame. When shooting landscapes, I feel the grandeur and vastness of nature more clearly. When shooting portraits, I feel like I'm having a conversation with the subject through their eyes and smiles. And when documenting daily life, I find simple beauty in every street corner, the eyes of children, or the hands of laborers... Each photograph is a story, giving me abundant inspiration.”
The Cai Rang floating market is bustling.
The early morning sun shines over the kingdom of bricks and pottery.
Cherishing and collecting moments that, according to him, "even money can't buy later," he travels and photographs extensively, such as: the evening scenery of Con Dao; a glimpse of Xuan Huong Lake and Tuyen Lam Lake; Ke Ga Lighthouse; sunrise at Co Thach; Mui Ne fishing village; bull racing at Chua Ro; sunset at Tan Thanh beach - Go Cong; coconut fiber production in Ben Tre; Dong Thap Muoi conservation area; Tra Su Melaleuca forest; Ba Dong beach; Sa Dec and Cho Lach flower villages;
Events such as fireworks displays, sampan boat races, and the pomelo festival are captured in his photographs; images of bridges connecting the riverbanks, white egrets in the fields at dusk, ferries, and the rhythm of rural life are also depicted. When he can't travel far, he strolls around his garden taking macro photos of insects.

He loves the Mekong Delta, especially his hometown of Vinh Long. He always submits many beautiful works to any photo exhibition on the theme of the new rural development program held in the province.
Enjoying photographing diverse subjects, from landscapes and natural phenomena to portraits, he plans to further explore the beauty of traditional craft villages in his hometown and other regions across the country, with a particular focus on the sea and islands of Vietnam.
