Zalo upgrades AI translation feature, allowing font size to be synchronized with the device

As the most popular messaging app in Vietnam, Zalo is constantly striving to improve and better serve its users. In this June update, Zalo has upgraded its AI translation feature and enabled synchronization of Zalo's font size with the device's font size, providing a personalized and user-friendly communication experience.

Zalo has significantly improved the translation capabilities of its AI translation tool. Not only does it translate accurately, but the artificial intelligence developed by Zalo AI will continue to delve deeper to better translate slang, exclamations, and everyday spoken language in Vietnamese. This will result in smoother, more natural-sounding translations.

Accordingly, with the Android operating system, users can use English-Vietnamese translation directly within the chat window. On iOS, you can translate up to 20 different languages such as Korean, Japanese, Chinese, French, German, etc.

To use the AI Translation feature, users simply open any conversation, press and hold the message they want to translate, and select "Translate".

Launched in 2024, the "Increase Font Size" feature on Zalo allows users to adjust the font size to suit their individual needs. This feature has been widely welcomed by users because it reduces eye strain during prolonged use, and is especially useful for the elderly and those with poor eyesight.

Currently, Zalo continues to improve this feature by allowing users to synchronize the font size in the app with the system font size on their phone with just one tap. Users don't have to adjust it in multiple places on their device, yet still get a seamless and consistent experience.

Instructions for using the font size adjustment feature: Go to Settings → Interface and language → Change font size → Drag to change the font size or turn on “Use device font size”.
