1,160 workers and laborers participated in the "Union Meal"

To celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025), on July 25, VTJ Toms Textile Company Limited coordinated with the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to organize the program "Trade Union Meal" for workers and employees of the company. Attending were representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation and Dien Sanh commune.

The “Union Meal” program was organized with 1,160 meals for workers and laborers. Each meal costs 55,000 VND/meal, with added nutrition compared to regular meals. Through this meaningful activity, the union organization demonstrates its role and responsibility in caring for the lives of union members and laborers. This is also an opportunity for workers, union organizations and business leaders to share and understand each other, thereby creating trust and solidarity.

At the program, the Executive Board of the Grassroots Trade Union granted the decision to admit 9 new union members, bringing the total number of union members to 100% of the total number of workers and employees in the whole company. On this occasion, the company's leaders also presented gifts to workers and employees.
