Accordingly, 1,500 elderly people in the area received general health check-ups; blood pressure, weight, and height measurements; examinations and consultations on non-communicable diseases; eye examinations; ultrasounds; free blood sugar testing; free liver enzyme or kidney function tests; and health care advice.
With the coordination and professional support of Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital and MEDLATEC Thai Nguyen Testing Center, the regular health check-ups and screenings for the elderly in Phan Dinh Phung ward contribute to early detection of diseases, improve quality of life, and effectively implement elderly healthcare in the community.
