10,856 customers have access to policy capital

The Provincial Social Policy Bank said that as of the end of March 2025, the total capital at the unit was nearly VND 5,507 billion, an increase of VND 242.5 billion compared to the beginning of the year. The total loan turnover was VND 568 billion with 10,856 loan customers.

Regarding credit growth, by the end of March, it reached nearly VND 4,865 billion/80,709 customers, an increase of VND 159.6 billion, a growth rate of 3.4% compared to the beginning of the year. Average outstanding debt reached VND 60.3 million/customer.

During its operations, the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies has always focused on improving credit quality, handling overdue debts, and reducing outstanding interest. Overdue debts and deferred debts were over VND6 billion/356 items, down VND29 million compared to the beginning of the year, accounting for 0.12% of total outstanding debts. Of which, overdue debts were over VND1.1 billion/67 items; deferred debts were nearly VND4.9 billion/289 items.

The two districts with no overdue debt are Vung Tau City and Con Dao District.
