According to the 2025 university enrollment information of Hanoi Medical University, in the 2025 - 2026 school year, the school plans to charge university tuition fees ranging from 16.9 - 62.2 million VND/school year, an increase of 1.9 - 7 million VND compared to 2024.
Of which, medicine, traditional medicine and dentistry have the highest tuition fee of 62.2 million VND/year, an increase of about 7 million VND/school year.
The majors of ophthalmology refraction, medical testing techniques, rehabilitation techniques, advanced nursing programs, midwifery, medical imaging techniques, dental prosthetic techniques, tuition fees are 47.2 million VND/year, an increase of about 5.4 million VND.
Psychology is the major with the lowest tuition fee at Hanoi Medical University, estimated at 16.9 million VND/year, an increase of about 1.9 million VND compared to last year.

Hanoi University of Pharmacy plans tuition fees for the 2025-2026 school year for two training systems, including the general system and the joint training program in pharmacy.
For the general education system, the tuition fee for pharmacy is 27.6 million VND/school year (an increase of 3.1 million VND compared to last year); the tuition fee for pharmaceutical chemistry is 24.4 million VND/school year (an increase of 3.16 million VND); the tuition fee for biotechnology and chemistry is 17.1 million VND/school year (an increase of 1.9 million VND).

Highest tuition fee over 500 million VND/year
In the 2025-2026 school year, VinUni University plans to charge a first-year medical tuition fee of VND815.85 million/year. However, students enrolling this year will receive a 35% reduction in tuition fees applicable to the entire standard duration of the program, down to about VND530 million/year.

Phenikaa University estimates that the average tuition fee for 11 health science majors/programs ranges from 30.1 - 128 million VND/year.
According to the school, the average tuition fee for the medical major is 150 million/year. For K19 enrolling in 2025, a 30% tuition discount will be applied for the first year; 20% tuition discount for the second and third years; and 10% tuition discount for the fourth, fifth, and sixth years.
For the dental - maxillofacial industry, the average tuition fee is 160 million/year. For K19 enrolling in 2025, a 20% tuition discount will be applied and the tuition fee will be fixed for 6 years of study.
