(Dan Tri Newspaper) - When pursued by Task Force 141, the suspects sped away at high speed, swerving erratically. The suspect sitting in the middle even brandished a weapon at the law enforcement officers.
On March 22, the Hanoi City Police announced that the Criminal Police Department had temporarily detained Le Dinh Can (17 years old, residing in Hoang Mai district) and Nguyen Huy Dung (17 years old, residing in Long Bien district) for investigation into the act of disturbing public order.
According to authorities, on the evening of March 13, Can invited Vu Ngoc V. (16 years old) and Dung to go to the center of Hanoi to hang out.
Afterward, V. picked up Can and Dung on his motorbike. All three used paper and tape to cover their license plates. Before leaving, Can took a knife and gave V. and Dung a billiard cue so they could pick a fight or pick a fight with another group they encountered on the street.

The suspects traveled from Nam Du Street (Hoang Mai District) along Nguyen Khoai dike road, then turned onto Minh Khai Street.
In the early morning of March 14th, the Y13B-141H task force of the Hanoi Police, while patrolling Minh Khai street, spotted the three young men and proceeded to apprehend them.
When pursued by the task force, the suspects sped away, swerving erratically, with the person in the middle brandishing a weapon at the officers. After fleeing for a short distance, they no longer saw the 141 task force pursuing them, so they went home to hide the weapon.
However, Hanoi police successfully tracked down and summoned the suspects for questioning and processing according to regulations.
Regarding Vu Ngoc V., authorities determined that the individual was not old enough to be held criminally responsible, so the investigating agency did not detain him, but is still consolidating the case file for prosecution.
