The Food Safety Department ( Ministry of Health ) has just issued decisions to revoke the validity of the product registration certificates for some health protection foods of the following companies and business households: Nguyen Minh Pharmaceutical and Trading Company Limited; Vy Vy Vietnam Trading Company Limited; Thanh Truc Production and Trading Facility Business Household; USA VIP Pharmaceutical Group Company Limited; Dang Thien Phuc Business Household; Dang An Khang Business Household.

In which, the validity of the registration certificate for the health protection food Hoa Bao Weight Gain Pill (receipt number 283/2018/DKSP) and Hoan Lieu Khang (2694/2018/DKSP) was revoked. The 2 products were announced by Vy Vy Vietnam Trading Company Limited (now Bao An Construction-Interior Trading Company Limited (address in Tay Ho Ward, Hanoi ).
Revoke the validity of the product declaration registration certificate No. 5803/2019/DKSP of the health protection food Enterovina. The product was announced by Nguyen Minh Trading and Pharmaceutical Company Limited (old address in Cau Giay District, Hanoi).
The Food Safety Department also revoked the validity of the product declaration registration certificates of 4 health protection foods: Thoai Cot Hoan (product declaration registration certificate number 425/2019/DKSP); TyVieXoan (6180/2019/DKSP); Cot Thong Ky Sanh Hoan (5685/2019/DKSP; Vien Khop Hoan (2113/2023/DKSP). The products were declared by Dang Thien Phuc Business Household (address in An Giang ).
Three products announced by USA VIP Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (located in Ho Chi Minh City) have also had their product registration certificates revoked, including: health protection food Eucavital plus (5617/2023/DKSP); ZN+VITC syrup (2692/2022/DKSP); Vitamin 3B plus gold (10186/2021/DKSP).
The Food Safety Department revoked the validity of 2 certificates of registration of the declaration of health protection food products Bach Minh Vuong (1460/2023/DKSP) and Vixoa Bach Minh (2617/2023/DKSP). The 2 products were declared by Thanh Truc Production and Trading Business Household (address in An Giang).
The Food Safety Department revoked the validity of 5 certificates of registration of health protection food products: Cot Thong Hoan (356/2022/DKSP); Ty Viem Hoan (7747/2019/DKSP); An Khop Hoan (487/2023/DKSP); Thap Khop Cot Thong Hoan (8516/2018/DKSP); Vung Cot Hoan (5150/2022/DKSP). These 5 products were announced by Dang An Khang Business Household (address in An Giang).
