190 commercial housing projects registered to apply Resolution 171

The Department of Agriculture and Environment has just issued a preliminary report on the list of land plots expected to implement commercial housing projects according to Resolution No. 171/2024/QH15 dated November 30, 2024 of the National Assembly on piloting the implementation of commercial housing projects through agreements to receive land use rights or have land use rights (referred to as Resolution 171).

Accordingly, in the old Dong Nai province, there are a total of 173 proposed projects with a total area of ​​nearly 3.4 thousand hectares. After reviewing the conditions and criteria, the Department of Agriculture and Environment classified as follows: 15 projects, with an area of ​​more than 255 hectares, are eligible to apply Resolution 171; 44 projects, with nearly 850 hectares, need to seek further opinions from departments, branches and the Provincial People's Committee; 114 projects, with nearly 2.3 thousand hectares, are not eligible to apply.

In the old Binh Phuoc province, there are 17 projects with an area of ​​over 460 hectares registered to apply Resolution 171. After the province's merger, departments and branches are reviewing the criteria and conditions for applying the resolution to these projects to advise the Provincial People's Committee.
