Dong Nai Electricity Company is implementing instructions for installing and using the utilities of the EVNSPC Customer Service application for electricity customers in the whole province.
At Thuan Dung Rubber Processing Factory (Thuan Loi Rubber Company Limited, Thuan Loi Commune, Dong Nai Province), electricity staff directly guided workers to install the application. Thereby, workers can easily look up, monitor and control electricity usage in their families, contributing to spreading the habit of using modern, convenient and transparent electricity services.

Having installed the app, Ms. Vu Thi Thanh Hong, a worker at Thuan Dung Rubber Processing Factory (Thuan Loi Rubber Company Limited) excitedly said: “We workers work all year round and do not have free time to check how much electricity our family consumes. Downloading and installing this app can track the family's electricity consumption index so that if we use it a lot, we can know and limit it. Through such a good electricity program, we workers are very happy to know about the electricity industry's application app.”
The application that Ms. Hong mentioned is the EVNSPC Customer Service application. This is part of the digitalization effort of Vietnam Electricity Group to improve the quality of customer service in the direction of "taking customers as the center".
Mr. Nguyen Minh Duc, Head of Administration - Human Resources Department of Thuan Loi Rubber Company Limited, commented: “Electricity is an essential need for everyone, especially for manufacturing and trading enterprises. When I have time, I often recommend customers and relatives to install the app to use. Thanks to this application, families can look up their monthly electricity bills quickly, very convenient and time-saving.”
From practical utilities such as: paying bills, registering for new power supply, reporting power repair or sending online requests, the electricity industry's customer care application is gradually becoming a useful "assistant", attached to every family.
