Two suspects turned themselves in.

On the morning of June 13th, in response to a VTC News reporter, Lieutenant General To An Xo, Spokesperson for the Ministry of Public Security , stated that throughout last night, functional forces of the Ministry of Public Security and the Dak Lak Provincial Police vigorously pursued and apprehended a group of people causing public disorder at the headquarters of the Ea Tieu and Ea Ktur commune People's Committees in Cu Kuin district, Dak Lak province.

Authorities have arrested 10 more suspects. As of 9 a.m. this morning, 37 people have been arrested in connection with the attack on two commune offices.

Also on the night of June 12th, two people turned themselves in.

Authorities are continuing to pursue other individuals involved who are still at large. The Dak Lak Provincial Police are urging the suspects to surrender voluntarily to receive leniency.

Earlier, in the early morning of June 11, an unidentified group attacked the police stations of Ea Tiêu and Ea Ktur communes with guns, resulting in the deaths of several officers and civilians.

During the arrest of the suspects, law enforcement rescued two hostages and seized numerous military weapons, including CKC rifles.

On the afternoon of June 11th, the Minister of Public Security signed a decision to posthumously promote the ranks of four commune police officers who died in the attack.

Accordingly, the Minister of Public Security decided to posthumously promote Captain Hoang Trung (born in 1981, from Nghi Loc, Nghe An , a police officer of Ea Ktur commune, Cu Kuin district) to the rank of Major, and to posthumously promote Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Dang Nhan (born in 1994, from Yen Thanh, Nghe An, a police officer of Ea Ktur commune, Cu Kuin district) to the rank of Captain.

The police posthumously promoted Captain Tran Quoc Thang (born in 1989, from Thach Ha, Ha Tinh, a police officer of Ea Tieu commune, Cu Kuin district) to the rank of Major, and Senior Lieutenant Ha Tuan Anh (born in 1991, from Trieu Son, Thanh Hoa, a police officer of Ea Tieu commune, Cu Kuin district) to the rank of Captain.

On June 12th, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang signed a decision awarding the "Homeland's Recognition" certificate to four martyrs from the Ministry of Public Security and two martyrs from Dak Lak province who died in the attack on the commune People's Committee office in Cu Kuin district.

The four martyrs from the Ministry of Public Security include: Martyr Hoang Trung - Major in the People's Public Security, officer of the Ea Ktur Commune Police; Martyr Tran Quoc Thang - Major in the People's Public Security, officer of the Ea Tieu Commune Police; Martyr Ha Tuan Anh - Captain in the People's Public Security, officer of the Ea Tieu Commune Police; Martyr Nguyen Dang Nhan - Captain in the People's Public Security, officer of the Ea Ktur Commune Police.

Two martyrs from Dak Lak province are: Martyr Nguyen Van Kien - Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Ea Ktur commune; and Martyr Nguyen Van Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Ea Tieu commune.
