'Ba Nhat's Diary' - read to feel the experience.

Implementing the "Three Best" emulation movement: Most Disciplined - Most Loyal - Closest to the People, linked to building the image of a female police officer as "Courageous - Humane - Serving the People," the "Three Best Diary" writing model has been implemented by Women's Associations at all levels under the Thai Nguyen Provincial Police Department since the end of March 2026 in the digital environment. More than 50 diary entries have been published, captivating readers with simple notes about a workday, a business trip, or everyday moments...

Through the writings of Ms. Minh Thúy, of the Women's Association of the Criminal Enforcement and Judicial Support Department, a typical night's work for a case officer is vividly portrayed: the office lights are still on near midnight, the steady hum of the printer rings at one in the morning, and after two in the morning, everyone quickly eats a cup of instant noodles before continuing their work. It's not a special night, but a familiar rhythm of peak days.

Or consider the account shared by a female officer from the Economic Police Department about her journey in protecting food safety: “One tip, one shipment, one unusual sign…” and behind seemingly ordinary doors are boxes of goods of unknown origin, ingredients that could find their way into any meal. “If these foods appear on a family’s dinner table, what will the consequences be?” This question, full of responsibility, evokes strong emotions in the reader.

Reading "The Diary of Three Sisters," readers realize that behind the tough exterior of the female police officer are hearts full of love. The diary of Ms. Duong Thi Thu Huyen, President of the Women's Association of the Criminal Records Department ( Thai Nguyen Provincial Police), tells the story of two young sisters whose father died while their mother was pregnant with their third child. The children grew up in sorrow but remained well-behaved, academically successful, and loving towards their mother. "Looking at the two sisters, my heart aches," the sentence reflects deep compassion and a profound sense of camaraderie.

On another page, Ms. Luong Thi Phuong Thuc recounts her visit to Hoang Be Quoc An, a young boy adopted by the Linh Son Ward Police. The hugs, the questions, and the small gifts stemmed not from duty but from genuine affection. It is this gentleness that creates the unique beauty of this female police officer: resolute in her work, yet sensitive enough to listen, and compassionate enough to empathize with those less fortunate.

The words of Ms. Pham Bich, President of the Women's Association of the Logistics Department, after her visit to the Tam An Shelter, also moved many people: "Happiness sometimes isn't about receiving something grand, but simply about giving, about seeing the smiles of those less fortunate."

Through these writings, it is evident that amidst the demands of their work, the female police officers of Thai Nguyen maintain their gentleness, kindness, and femininity. This is what makes the image of these officers so approachable and endearing in the eyes of the people.

Social media today often spreads negative information or controversial incidents involving law enforcement officers very quickly. Therefore, people sometimes forget that behind their daily work are countless stories, acts of love, and silent dedication from officers and soldiers that need to be shared and publicized.

"The 'Three Best Diaries' contributes to spreading these simple, everyday moments. It's the 'Green Citizen Reception Room' model, where each female official carefully tends to a corner of greenery to make the administrative space more pleasant and welcoming. 'Today's joy comes from a satisfied smile from a citizen, a sincere thank you…', these simple shared experiences show that administrative reform is not just about faster procedures, but also about improving the citizens' feelings."

Perhaps, the "Three Best" criteria are not just a competition standard, but also a way for each person to reflect on their own work. And being "closest to the people" sometimes starts with very small things: being willing to stay a little longer, listening a little more to share with others.
