21 people who are department heads, deputy department heads, and deputy police chiefs of districts and towns under Son La Provincial Police have voluntarily written applications for early retirement.
On February 19, Son La Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Provincial Police Director on personal retirement for leaders and commanders.
At the announcement ceremony, Colonel Dang Trong Cuong - Director of Son La Provincial Police Department, handed over the decision to retire from work and enjoy retirement benefits from March 1, 2025 to 21 department-level leaders.
Colonel Dang Trong Cuong, Director of Son La Provincial Police, gave a speech at the ceremony.
Among the leaders who requested early retirement are: 7 department heads and 14 deputy department heads, deputy district police chiefs and 1 member of the Party Inspection Committee of Son La Provincial Police.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Vinh, Chief of Office of the Criminal Police Department of Son La Provincial Police, clearly expressed the awareness and responsibility of each individual in implementing the major policies of the Party and the police force in arranging and organizing the apparatus.
"During my career in the People's Public Security Force, I have experienced many ups and downs, challenges and many memorable moments. I am proud to have contributed a small part to the cause of protecting national security and social order and safety," said Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Vinh emotionally.
The leaders of the Son La Provincial Police Department presented decisions and flowers to congratulate the Department Heads who retired and received pension benefits.
Colonel Dang Trong Cuong - Director of Son La Provincial Police, on behalf of the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Board, commended 21 comrades who had excellently completed their assigned tasks, were allowed to retire, and enjoyed retirement benefits according to regulations. At the same time, the Provincial Police Board acknowledged the important work results and contributions of the comrades, contributing to the overall achievements of the provincial police over the past time.
"Among the 21 comrades retiring this time, there are comrades who have worked for more than 40 years in the People's Public Security force, and are Party members for about 30 years. During the process of striving and maturing, the comrades have always maintained the good traditional qualities of a Party member and a People's Public Security soldier," Colonel Dang Trong Cuong emphasized.
