Ha Tu Ward Police supported people to give and receive back nearly 40 million VND transferred by mistake.

On July 14, Ha Tu Ward Police promptly assisted people in giving and receiving back nearly 40 million VND that was mistakenly transferred.

Earlier, at 4:30 PM on July 14th, during a money transfer transaction via a banking application, Mr. Le Trung Thanh (Dong Mai ward), a remittance employee of Sacobank, mistakenly transferred nearly 40 million VND to a Vietinbank account under the name Nguyen Van Khanh.

Upon receiving the money, Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh (Ha Tu ward), a worker at the Ha Tu coal mine's vehicle workshop 2, proactively reported the incident to the Ha Tu Ward Police. Upon receiving the information, the ward police quickly coordinated and conducted an investigation. After the Ha Tu Ward Police confirmed that the bank account information matched Mr. Thanh's, on the evening of July 14th, Mr. Khanh returned the entire amount of nearly 40 million VND to Mr. Thanh via bank transfer.

The timely and dedicated support of the Ha Tu Ward Police and the proactive cooperation of Mr. Khanh are commendable actions that contribute to building Ha Tu Ward into an increasingly exemplary, prosperous, civilized, and compassionate place.
