On December 4, Major Hoang Ngoc Minh, Chief of Vinh Hoang Commune Police, Quang Tri Province, said that the unit had organized for 11 students who had violated the law to participate in public service at the martyr memorial site in the area.
According to Major Minh, this is an activity to educate students, to help them raise their sense of responsibility and remember the contributions of heroic martyrs.

The police's organization of a group of "naughty" students to work at the martyr memorial site received the approval and support of parents and the school.
"The students' violations were not serious enough to warrant administrative action, so we organized them to do community service. The activity aims to help students gain correct awareness, practice law compliance, and show gratitude to heroes and martyrs," said Major Minh.

During the working session, 11 students from grades 8 and 9 in Vinh Hoang commune did age-appropriate tasks such as weeding, cleaning up trash, and sweeping leaves. After more than an hour, the group of students helped keep the memorial area for martyrs clean and beautiful.
Vinh Hoang Commune Police recommend that parents pay attention, spend more time with and talk to their children, proactively detect signs of violations to promptly coordinate with the police force and schools to educate and promptly prevent violations of the law.
