At the conference, the provincial legal lecturers presented key topics: regulations of the Law on Mediation at the grassroots level; skills in receiving, analyzing, and mediating typical cases; exchanging experiences in handling real-life situations; and updating relevant regulations such as the Civil Code, the Law on Marriage and Family, and the Law on the Implementation of Democracy at the Grassroots Level…
The discussion was lively, with many mediators boldly raising the difficulties and obstacles they encountered in resolving specific cases, and then discussing together to come up with appropriate solutions.
The training course is also seen as an opportunity for mediators to bond, share experiences, enhance their sense of responsibility, and standardize their knowledge to meet the requirements for building communes that meet the standards for access to law in the following year.
Emphasizing the role of grassroots mediation, the leaders of Quang Ha commune People's Committee stated that this is not only a legal task but also an important method contributing to maintaining peace and building a harmonious living environment in the community. Effective mediation helps to reduce the number of complaints and denunciations submitted to higher levels; significantly supports citizen reception work, and contributes to maintaining local security and order.
Through this training session, grassroots mediators will continue to flexibly apply the lessons learned to practice, contributing to building a united, stable, and civilized community.
