School music night raised nearly 900 million VND to support people in flood-hit areas

Attending the event were comrades: Truong My Hoa, former Secretary of the Party Central Committee, former Vice President; Nguyen Thanh Trung, member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Farmers' Association; along with leaders of Go Vap ward, a large audience and students.

At the program, singers and artists: People's Artist Trinh Kim Chi, Meritorious Artist Kim Tu Long, Dam Vinh Hung, Ngoc Son, Quang Ha... performed works about love for the homeland, country and people of Vietnam.

Audience donates to support people affected by storms and floods

Teacher - Dr. Ha Thi Kim Sa, Principal of Hong Ha Secondary and High School said: "The program is not only a music night but also a bridge of love to people in flood-hit areas. Through that, in addition to raising funds to support people in the Central region, we also want to educate students to understand the difficulties of life and the spirit of sharing and mutual love."

Hong Ha School Board donated 100 million VND to the music night.

At the concert, the school donated 100 million VND, along with contributions from many singers, individuals and organizations. The entire amount of money raised from the concert, nearly 900 million VND, will be sent by the school to people in flood-affected areas through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Go Vap Ward and the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City; directly to provide relief in Hue, Dak Lak ; and help students of the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund affected by recent natural disasters.
