Based on the review, Ha Lam ward has selected and implemented investment to upgrade 4 roads in Ha Lam 4 area including: Hoang Hoa Tham, Hoang Van Thu, Le Hong Phong and Minh Khai, with a total length of over 1.5km, total investment of about 22 billion VND.
The road upgrade construction process will affect about 300 households, with a total reclaimed area of more than 1.5 hectares, including nearly 2,000 square meters of residential land. The demolition of structures, structures, and fences has received 100% consensus from the people.
Right at the launch, the ward coordinated with the neighborhood to arrange machinery and specialized vehicles, mobilized maximum forces, organizations and unions to speed up the dismantling of related works, ensuring the completion of the handover of the site as planned. It is expected that the roads will officially start construction on December 10 .
The investment in the construction of these roads is of great significance, aiming to overcome the local flooding that often occurs during heavy rains, handle environmental pollution, ensure traffic safety and improve people's living conditions. In addition, the project also contributes to effectively implementing the policies of the province and locality on infrastructure development, gradually perfecting the urban appearance of Ha Lam ward in the direction of civilization, cleanliness and sustainability.
Implementing the plan, in phase 1, Ha Lam ward has 13 works and projects with a total investment of nearly 190 billion VND. The works and projects will be implemented in the period 2025-2026. After completing phase 1, Ha Lam ward will continue to implement phase 2 with a total of 24 works and projects with a total investment of 310 billion VND. Ha Lam ward strives to complete the works and projects before 2030, contributing to the province's goal of becoming a centrally-run city.
