The emulation cluster consists of 6 members, which are the Cooperative Alliances of provinces and cities: Ho Chi Minh, Dak Lak, Gia Lai, Lam Dong, Dong Nai and Khanh Hoa. In 2025, the activities of the cooperative alliances in the cluster achieved many positive results, contributing to the socio -economic development of the locality. Through collective economic models, cooperatives have created jobs and increased income for many members and workers; performed well in joint ventures and associations, ensuring output for members' products; formed products according to value chains, with geographical indications, traceability, increased competitiveness, meeting market requirements..., making important contributions to the construction of new rural areas and restructuring the agricultural sector. In addition, the emulation cluster effectively implemented the emulation movement "Promoting learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style", "Promoting the core role in developing the collective economy and cooperatives; building a strong Vietnam Cooperative Alliance system"... As the cluster leader, in 2025, Khanh Hoa Cooperative Alliance chaired the organization of trade promotion activities, connecting trade for 15 provinces and cities in the Central - Central Highlands, with the participation of 50 booths including typical products of regions and localities, VietGAP, OCOP products...; at the same time, signed a Memorandum of Understanding and cooperation agreement between the Cooperative Alliances of provinces and cities in promoting trade promotion, connecting supply and demand, applying scientific and technological advances, digital transformation of the collective economic sector, and cooperatives of the Coastal Cluster - Central and Central Highlands in the period 2025 - 2030.

In 2026, the emulation cluster will continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, overcome difficulties, innovate, improve operational efficiency, and promote emulation and reward work. In particular, pay attention to rewarding collectives and direct workers who have many innovations in work, labor, and production; promote emulation movements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Uncle Ho's letter calling on Vietnamese landlords and farmers to participate in agricultural cooperatives and the 80th anniversary of Vietnam Cooperative Day (April 11, 1946 - April 11, 2026). At the same time, organize the Provincial Cooperative Alliance Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term and the 7th National Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance.
