Voters of Hai Ba Trung ward propose solutions to ensure urban order and civilization

At the conference, delegates were informed of the expected agenda of the third session of the Ward People's Council; a summary report on the situation and results of the implementation of socio-economic development, security and defense tasks in 2025; socio-economic development tasks in 2026 of Hai Ba Trung Ward; a report of the Ward People's Committee responding to voters' petitions at the specialized voter contact conference on environmental sanitation in the ward.

The opinions expressed at the conference focused on a number of practical issues such as: public administrative procedures; social security work; environment, people's health care; ensuring order and urban civilization on the streets and in the Hai Ba Trung Lake area; protecting and restoring relics; opening relics to serve people's religious needs.

Concluding the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of Hai Ba Trung Ward People's Council Chu Hong Minh said that after a morning of focused and serious work, the conference heard 12 opinions expressed by voters representing the people in the ward.

Among the above recommendations of voters, there are still some issues that have not been resolved completely and promptly, due to various reasons, including regulations related to the decentralization and authorization of the city to wards since the implementation of the two-level local government model. Comrade Chu Hong Minh requested voters to continue to monitor and reflect so that people's livelihood issues can be thoroughly resolved.

As planned, the third session of the Ward People's Council will take place on December 5 and 6 to discuss and decide on many important contents for 2026 as well as the 2026-2031 period of the ward.

“The Standing Committee of the Ward People’s Council would like to acknowledge and accept all opinions and recommendations from voters. The opinions will be compiled and submitted to the Ward People’s Council for consideration and appropriate solutions,” emphasized comrade Chu Hong Minh.

The Standing Committee of the Ward People's Council basically agreed with the answers, reports, and explanations to further clarify the contents, tasks, and solutions for implementation of the Ward People's Committee, relevant departments, offices, and units; at the same time, requested the Ward People's Committee and departments, offices, and units to continue focusing on resolving voters' opinions and recommendations.
