At the conference, the trainees listened to comrade Do Ngoc Ha, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Journalists Association and comrade Tran Hong Ngoc, specialist of the Center for Digital Transformation and Information Technology, Department of Science and Technology of the province, impart and foster knowledge on the following topics: Introduction, guidance on basic skills and skills in writing news and articles on the Component Information Portal, grassroots radio system; application of AI in writing news and articles; detailed instructions on management and skills in updating information data on the Component Information Portal; instructions on how to fix some errors that may occur and answer questions in the process of managing the Component Information Portal.
In the context that Quang Ninh province is implementing many important tasks, including the arrangement of commune-level administrative units, the Provincial Electronic Information Portal and the grassroots broadcasting system continue to be two information channels that play a key role in the direction, administration, provision of official and transparent data of the administrative apparatus and information orientation to people and businesses; quickly convey essential information, policies, warnings and instructions to each village, hamlet, neighborhood... Thereby contributing to strengthening trust and creating consensus among the people in the process of implementing political tasks in the locality.
The conference to foster knowledge and skills in writing news, articles and updating information on the Electronic Information Portal organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the province is a practical activity to improve the quality of grassroots information work, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
