Dong Nai Social Insurance: Training on social insurance and health insurance for commune-level officials after rearrangement

Dong Nai Social Insurance has just organized an online conference to train professional skills related to the field of social insurance and health insurance for commune-level officials after the administrative unit arrangement to meet work requirements in the new period, ensuring the implementation of regimes and policies for the people.

At the conference, Deputy Director of Dong Nai Social Insurance Hoang Van Son shared that when implementing a two-level local government, it is extremely necessary to provide professional training for commune-level officials, civil servants and public employees to ensure consistency and effectiveness in organizing the implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies at the local level.

The training conference is an opportunity to provide guidance and professional training on collection, disbursement, policy settlement, implementation of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance policies and participant development; skills in receiving and returning administrative procedure results, and guiding people to participate in social insurance and health insurance in the most convenient way.

Skills in propagating, supporting, answering, consulting, and discussing policies and laws on social insurance and health insurance for commune-level officials after administrative unit reorganization to meet work requirements in the new period, contributing to improving the effectiveness of administrative reform. At the same time, it is also an opportunity to exchange, discuss, and resolve difficulties and obstacles in practical implementation.

At the Conference, the delegates listened to representatives of the professional departments of the Provincial Social Insurance presenting and guiding many important contents on: collection management and participant development; professional work on receiving and returning results of administrative procedures on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance; implementation of social insurance, unemployment insurance regimes; implementation of health insurance regimes; professional work on propaganda skills, support, answering, consulting on policies and laws on social insurance, health insurance for people.
