Wanted Le Trung Khoa and Nguyen Van Dai

(Chinhphu.vn) - The Security Investigation Agency has issued a Decision to prosecute the accused, then issued a Wanted Decision against Le Trung Khoa and Nguyen Van Dai.

On December 5, the Ministry of Public Security's Security Investigation Agency issued a wanted notice for Nguyen Van Dai (56 years old, from Hung Yen) and Le Trung Khoa (54 years old) for the crime of making, storing, disseminating or propagating information, documents and items aimed at opposing the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Previously, on November 18, the Security Investigation Agency issued a Decision to prosecute the accused, then issued Wanted Decision No. 1643/QDTN-ANĐT-P3 against Nguyen Van Dai.

According to wanted information, Dai's permanent residence before leaving the country was at Bach Khoa Collective Housing Area, Bach Mai Ward, Hai Ba Trung District (old), Hanoi .

The Security Investigation Agency requested Nguyen Van Dai to surrender to serve the investigation, prosecution, trial and enjoy leniency under the law.

Along with that, the Security Investigation Agency issued Decision to prosecute the accused No. 296/QD-ANĐT-P3 dated November 17, 2025, then issued Wanted Decision No. 1642/QDTN-ANĐT-P3 dated December 5 against Le Trung Khoa.

Le Trung Khoa was born in 1971 in Thanh Hoa , Vietnamese nationality, Kinh ethnicity, passport number N1263389 issued by the Vietnamese Embassy in Germany on December 23, 2008. Before leaving the country, Khoa resided at No. 1, Lane 81, Lang Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi.

The Security Investigation Agency called on the accused Khoa to surrender to enjoy leniency and called on the people, if they discover Le Trung Khoa or Nguyen Van Dai anywhere, to have the right to arrest and immediately take them to the nearest police station, prosecutor's office or People's Committee.
