In the face of the above situation, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has the following instructions: Assign the Provincial Police to preside over and coordinate with the Central Hydrometeorological Station, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, relevant agencies and units to investigate, review and inspect the operation of reservoirs in the province during the above period (especially some irrigation reservoirs such as: Song Cai, Nuoc Ngot, Suoi Dau, Am Chua, Da Nhim hydroelectric reservoir...); accordingly, it is necessary to determine whether the flood discharge time is implemented in accordance with regulations, in accordance with the approved plan, the operating mechanism is timely, suitable to the actual situation and complies with the instructions of the Provincial People's Committee; at the same time, clarify the responsibilities of organizations and individuals in case of improper operation causing impacts and damages to the downstream area; report to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and handling of matters under the authority of the Provincial People's Committee before December 15, 2025.
