Phu Yen General Hospital received 500 million VND in support to buy a mobile ultrasound machine.

On the morning of December 8, Phu Yen General Hospital received medical equipment sponsored by the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam, Phu Yen branch (BIDV Phu Yen).

Accordingly, Phu Yen General Hospital received a mobile ultrasound machine worth 680 million VND. Of which, 500 million VND was supported by BIDV Phu Yen from the 2025 social security fund, the remaining 180 million VND was the hospital's counterpart fund.

Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Nguyet, Deputy Director of BIDV Phu Yen (far left) presented a symbolic board of 500 million VND sponsorship by the leaders of Phu Yen General Hospital.

This portable ultrasound machine, when put into use, will support doctors in emergency work outside the hospital, helping to diagnose quickly and accurately on the spot and examine at the bedside for seriously ill patients who have difficulty moving.

On behalf of Phu Yen General Hospital, Doctor CKII Tran Anh Dung, Director of the hospital, thanked BIDV Phu Yen for accompanying and supporting the hospital in taking care of people's health over the past time.
