Some key industries achieved quite high growth rates compared to the same period, such as: the manufacturing of other means of transport increased by 70.63%; the manufacturing of electronic products, computers and optical products increased by 41.96%; the repair, maintenance and installation of machinery and equipment increased by 22.01%...
The Eastern Hai Phong region estimated that IIP in November increased by 20.43% compared to the same period last year. The Western Hai Phong region estimated that IIP in November increased by 10.36% compared to the same period last year.
It is estimated that in the first 11 months of 2025, Hai Phong's IIP will increase by 15.14% compared to the same period in 2024. Of which, the processing and manufacturing industry will increase by 16.92%; the water supply, waste and wastewater treatment industry will increase by 6.64%...
In the past 5 years, Hai Phong's IIP index in 11 months has been relatively stable, with a fairly high growth rate. The processing and manufacturing industry has always been the main driving force for growth. In addition, some industries have encountered difficulties due to slow recovery of market demand, production output in 11 months compared to the same period decreased, negatively affecting the overall growth rate of the whole industry such as: electricity production and distribution decreased by 7.53%; mining decreased by 22.81%; tobacco products manufacturing decreased by 16.68%.
