Ms. Lan has been attached to Dak Lak since 1977, when she came here from Ho Chi Minh City, bringing with her the enthusiasm of youth, volunteering to spread knowledge in the villages. After many years of teaching at Y Jut Primary School, she retired in 2013, but her spirit of dedication did not stop. Her most outstanding mark is her dedication and transparency. Having been attached to the village for decades, she knows by heart the names of every villager, their family circumstances, and the policies that they have enjoyed, thereby creating trust among the people.
I still remember many years ago, when I was mobilizing people to donate land to build a road (the road to Buon Don suspension bridge tourist area, about 2 km long), she closely coordinated with local authorities and investors, organized meetings, and promoted the motto "slow and steady wins the race". Thanks to that perseverance, people living along the road unanimously participated in donating land and removing fences to build a straight and beautiful road, creating momentum for tourism and the economy in the area to develop more and more.
