Accordingly, at 7:00 a.m. on December 3, the center of the tropical depression was at about 3.3 degrees North latitude; 111.0 degrees East longitude, in the northwest sea area of ​​the central East Sea. The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression was level 6 (39 - 49 km/h), gusting to level 8. The tropical depression moved slowly in the southwest direction at a speed of about 5 - 10 km/h.

At 7:00 p.m. on December 3, the tropical depression was in the sea of ​​Dak Lak - Khanh Hoa province. The tropical depression moved in the southwest direction at a speed of about 10 km/h and gradually weakened into a low pressure area. Wind force was below level 6. The affected area was the northwest sea area in the middle of the East Sea, the sea off the coast of Dak Lak - Khanh Hoa province, natural disaster risk level 3.

Due to the impact of the tropical depression, the northwest sea area between the East Sea and the sea off the coast of Dak Lak - Khanh Hoa province has strong winds of level 6, gusts of level 8; waves 2-4m high, rough seas.

Vessels operating in the above mentioned dangerous areas are susceptible to the impact of storms, whirlwinds, strong winds and large waves.
