Recently, in the face of a marital conflict, Mr. Lac and the mediation team came to the house and patiently talked with reason. He analyzed: "If a couple is not compatible, it is very simple to divorce, but the most miserable thing is the children are left alone, without enough love and responsibility from their parents." It was the analysis that touched the heart, putting the responsibility of being parents first, that made the couple look back, reconcile and continue to take care of their home together.
Not only is he a family healer, Mr. Bien Van Lac is also a role model in community activities. During the recent flood, the image of him and the Front Committee and local authorities knocking on the doors of each household, sometimes at midnight, to encourage people to evacuate and move their properties to a safe place has become an unforgettable mark. Thanks to his diligence and responsibility, 6 flooded households in the village have been guaranteed absolute safety of their lives and properties.

His prestige is most clearly demonstrated in his role in propagating policies and laws. He regularly reminds people not to violate national border security and sovereignty ; not to listen to the instigation and distortion of bad people; and to absolutely comply with the Party and State's policies and guidelines.
In particular, with his understanding of customary law and compassion, he is an indispensable "arbitrator" in grassroots mediation cases. When incidents occur in the area, Mr. Y Von Nie quickly coordinates with the Village Self-Management Board to listen to the wishes of each party, and adjudicates all conflicts and disputes on the basis of customary law combined with the law.

A typical example is the family conflict between Mr. Y. D. E and Ms. HNN in the village. Ms. N. left her family to work in the South without informing them, causing her husband and family to worry. When Mr. Y Von Nie invited her to the village to talk, he did not rush to judge, but focused on the most important thing: the couple's 3 children were at school age, and needed their parents to be there to encourage, care for and look after them. He gave sincere advice: "Everyone makes mistakes, the important thing is to understand and love each other, and try to mend their feelings to take care of the children." The humane advice moved them, and now the couple has reunited and continues to build a family.
