Participating in social work in Ayun village (Ea Kiet commune) since 2007, Mr. Y Blot Kbuor has always been trusted and elected by the people to many important positions such as: Head of the Farmers' Association (2007 - 2009); Deputy Head of the village (2009 - 2010). From 2010 to present, he has been trusted to be the Head of the village and is currently the Secretary of the Party Cell of Ayun village.

Born and raised in the village, being an Ede himself, Mr. Y Blot Kbuor has favorable conditions to be close to the people, understanding their thoughts and aspirations. From there, he promptly proposed and recommended to his superiors, ensuring to bring legitimate rights and basic conditions to his fellow countrymen.

As a "bridge" between the local government and the people, Mr. Y Blot Kbuor always disseminates policies and guidelines in a timely manner so that people can grasp and implement them. He organizes propaganda work flexibly and appropriately at each time, sometimes in the evening or early morning, so that people can participate fully.

In addition, the head of Y Blot Kbuor village also focuses on propaganda and mobilizing people to convert crops and livestock to increase productivity and economic efficiency; at the same time, mobilizing people to use capital for the right purpose, bringing efficiency and saving spending. Not only stopping at propaganda, he also grasps the circumstances of each family to create maximum conditions for households to borrow capital and access social security models. Thanks to that, currently, Ayun village has only 6 poor households and 11 near-poor households. Life has improved significantly, the average income per capita reaches about 20 million VND/year.

Mr. Y Blot also actively cooperated with associations and organizations to propagate to people to do a good job of maintaining security, order and social safety; maintain solidarity in the village; propagate so that people do not listen, are not lured or incited by bad people to do wrong things; and do not let incidents of insecurity and disorder occur.

In addition to participating in social work, Village Chief Y Blot Kbuor is also an exemplary example in developing the family economy.

Exemplary, a pioneer in all activities, every year Mr. Y Blot Kbuor is one of the advanced models, recognized and rewarded by the local government.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ea Kiet Commune Vo Sy Tung assessed that in recent years, Ayun hamlet has always ensured security and order; the villagers are united, work hard, and their lives have been increasingly improved; many traditional cultural features have been preserved. The hamlet has always maintained the title of Cultural Hamlet. That result has a very significant contribution from the Head of the hamlet Y Blot Kbuor.
