In his recent music video "Mảnh tình sai đôi" (A Mismatched Love) , singer Quang Hà attracted attention by revealing a part of his property. The music video was filmed at his 8-story villa in Ngọc Lâm, Hanoi .
This house is currently where Quang Ha's mother and relatives live. The singer himself still frequently travels between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

Quang Hà stated that this property is the result of many years of hard work and also a source of motivation for him to continue dedicating himself to music . He said: "At over 40 years old, I just try to 'live well to accumulate merit,' maintain an optimistic and cheerful spirit, and focus on my family."
According to Quang Ha's manager, the idea of turning the villa into a makeshift filming location came from suggestions from friends and the crew when they visited the singer's home. "Everyone felt that the setting at home was perfectly suitable. The music video was filmed over two days, in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere," the singer's manager revealed.

Previously, Quang Hà released a ballad version of the song "Mảnh tình sai đôi," which was widely loved by audiences. To celebrate 25 years of singing, he decided to release a remix version of this song with a youthful and vibrant feel.
The singer stated that, after more than two decades, he doesn't place much pressure on his products to be "hit" or have "huge" view counts. For him, polished music and a loyal audience are the lasting values. However, the male singer isn't conservative; he's always ready to update trends and learn from young artists to stay relevant.
He also revealed that he has recorded over 50 songs across various genres to continue sharing with his audience in the near future, and that he will be holding a live show to celebrate his 25th anniversary in the music industry.
