The stage design was inspired by archaeological discoveries.
On the evening of May 30th, the Trang An - Ninh Binh Forestival 2026 music and creative festival, themed "Warrior of the Dawn," took place at Binh Minh Square (Ninh Binh), attracting approximately 25,000 spectators. The program featured many artists from different generations and musical styles, including Ha Anh Tuan, Den, Binz, Hieuthuhai, Bui Cong Nam, Grey D, Phung Khanh Linh, and others.
According to reporters, from early afternoon, crowds flocked to the Bai Dinh Pagoda bus station area to complete check-in procedures, wear wristbands, and pass through security checkpoints. By around 7 PM, most of the grandstands with thousands of seats were full.

The new space, nestled amidst stunning natural beauty within the Trang An - Bai Dinh ecological complex, has been specifically planned for this event.
The stage was designed by director Cao Trung Hieu, drawing inspiration from archaeological findings about the prehistoric life of inhabitants in the Trang An - Bai Dinh area. The performance space combines elements of local culture with contemporary theatrical language.

The music was handled by Music Director Long Nguyen, featuring many newly remixed pieces. The program opened with a performance by DJ 2pillz and the Muong - Modern piece, combining Muong cultural influences with contemporary electronic elements.
The music festival lasted until midnight.
During the show, rapper Den performed a series of familiar songs such as "Following the Sun's Shadow ," " Wandering Days ," " Two Million Years," and "Bringing Money Home to Mother ." He also performed his new song "Summer 26" for the first time in front of the audience. Amidst the cheers of the audience, Den quickly interacted with them to fully showcase his songs. The male artist not only delivered music but also told stories about youth, journeys, and his love for nature.
The moment the video of the 2026 reforestation project was shown right after his performance moved many people, serving as a reminder that every small action today can create green forests for the future.

The Maydays band continued the program with songs reflecting nature and youth, before Lezii livened up the atmosphere with electronic performances. Lezii took the time to chat with the audience, saying he wanted to conquer Mua Cave and watch the sunset at Van Long Lagoon.
Following Maydays, Grey D introduced three new songs from their recently released album, while the group Uprize delivered a variety of energetic performances along with their new song "This Is the Feeling" .
One of the highlights of the show was the collaboration between Binz and Bui Cong Nam on the remix of "Hoa Ban - I Love You" . Bui Cong Nam then continued to win over the audience with a series of introspective songs such as "Towards or Downward ," " How Difficult It Is to Find Each Other," and "Remembering This Trip Forever ."

Phùng Khánh Linh and Vũ Cát Tường bring two contrasting yet complementary musical styles. While Phùng Khánh Linh creates a youthful, energetic atmosphere with new arrangements, Vũ Cát Tường makes her mark with emotionally rich songs like "Từng là ," " Vết mưa ," " Don't You Go," and "Chỉ cần có nhau ." The singer also introduces a new, untitled composition for the first time.
Hieuthuhai was one of the artists who received a great response from the audience when he performed four songs consecutively from the album "Eyes Closed, Eyes Open" .

Concluding the concert, Ha Anh Tuan led the audience through a range of emotions with "Hoa Hong" ( Rose), "Tuyet Roi Mua He" (Summer Snowfall) , and "Dia Dang" (Paradise ). Just like at the festival a year ago, Ha Anh Tuan was the closing act. His first song started at midnight, but Binh Minh Square was still packed with fans eagerly awaiting his appearance.
Ha Anh Tuan also collaborated with Tran Duy Khang (Chillies) and other artists in the finale of the show, accompanied by a spectacular fireworks display. The music festival ended at almost one in the morning.
Festival model linked to heritage preservation.
Beyond the musical element, Forestival 2026 continues to pursue a development direction that integrates the preservation of nature and local culture. The organizers stated that the event will implement various solutions to reduce its environmental impact, such as waste management, promoting green transportation, and responsible water resource use.
One of the notable activities at the event site was the appearance of the Mobile Nature Center. This space helped attendees learn about the local ecosystem and raise awareness about wildlife conservation, including the white-buttocked langur – an endemic primate species protected in Ninh Binh.

Forestival is marked by a blend of contemporary music, indigenous cultural elements, and conservation awareness-raising activities. The event further affirms Ninh Binh's commitment to building an innovative festival model linked to sustainable development.
The theme of Forestival 2026 is named after an ancient human skeleton dating back 12,000 years, found in Thung Binh 1 cave within the Trang An scenic complex in 2017. On December 3, 2017, a remarkable remains were discovered in Thung Binh 1 cave. The individual was given the scientific code TBH1, but archaeologists have named it Binh Minh (Sunrise).
This individual was impaled through the neck by a quartz arrow. This is an extremely rare and sophisticated weapon. The discovery of the quartz arrow not only proves the existence of fierce prehistoric hunting conflicts, but is also a unique detail that transforms TBH1 into a true warrior symbol in the history of human evolution.
