Three female police officers from Hai Phong were honored by the Ministry of Public Security.

The Hai Phong City Police Department has 3 individuals who were awarded the "Outstanding Female Police Officer" award and commended as "Excellent Female Police Officer at the Grassroots Level" by the Ministry of Public Security in 2025.

At the "Outstanding Female Police Officer" award ceremony, honoring "Excellent Female Police Officers at the Grassroots Level" in 2025 and commemorating the 10th anniversary of the "Outstanding Female Police Officer" award organized by the Ministry of Public Security , three officers from the Hai Phong City Police Department were honored and commended.

Among them, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Dang Dung, Deputy Team Leader of Team 2, Security Investigation Department ( Hai Phong City Police), was honored with the "Outstanding Female Police Officer" award in 2025.

Two individuals were honored as "Outstanding Female Grassroots Police Officers" in 2025: Lieutenant Colonel Do Thi Lan Anh, a police officer at Duong An Commune Police Station, and Lieutenant Colonel Doan Thi Xuan Thu, Head of the Women's Association of Phu Lien Ward Police Station.

After 10 years of implementation, the "Outstanding Female Police Officer" award has become a deeply meaningful activity, contributing to recognizing and honoring female officers and soldiers with outstanding achievements, spreading positive values ​​of courage, responsibility, perseverance, and aspiration to contribute to the peaceful lives of the people.

According to the Women's Association of the Hai Phong City Police, during the period 2015-2025, the Hai Phong City Police (after the merger of the Hai Duong Provincial Police and the former Hai Phong City Police) had 12 members honored as "Outstanding Female Police Officers" out of a total of 235 exemplary individuals in the entire force.

From practical experience, many female police officers in the city undertake difficult, new, complex, and dangerous tasks, constantly learning, training, and improving their professional skills, political acumen, and work capacity.

Many individuals, after being honored, went on to grow and hold leadership and command positions within their units. Among them, one comrade was proudly awarded the "Vietnamese Women" Prize by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union.
