3 cars collided on Hanoi highway

At 7:30 a.m. on November 10, a 15A-222.xx car driven by a 40-year-old man from Ngo Quyen district (Hai Phong city) with 6 people on board was traveling on the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway in the direction of Hai Phong - Hanoi. When reaching km 68+100 in Thanh Ha district ( Hai Duong ), this car crashed into the back of a 15A-733-xx car driven by a 51-year-old man from Thuy Nguyen district (Hai Phong city), with 4 people on board, which was stopped in lane 1 because the car was broken down.
After the collision, car 15A-222.xx flew into lane 2 and collided with a 16-seat passenger car 14B-038.xx driven by a 35-year-old man from Cam Pha City ( Quang Ninh ), with 7 people on board.

The series of accidents left 3 people injured, including 2 people in car 15A-733-xx and the driver of car 15A-222.xx who were injured and taken to the emergency room. 3 cars were damaged, with an estimated loss of 200 million VND.
Preliminary cause: driver of car 15A-222.xx did not pay attention; driver of car 15A-733.xx stopped the car on the highway unsafely.
