4,163 people received benefits according to Decree 178

Implementing the new model and streamlining the apparatus, up to now, the whole province has resolved the regime and policies for 4,163 cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and non-professional workers who retired before the age or quit their jobs according to Decrees 178, 177, 67 and 154.

The total cost of implementing policies to resolve issues for cadres, civil servants and public employees is nearly 3,200 billion VND, of which over 3,100 billion VND has been paid, and nearly 45 billion VND is pending payment. The cost of paying cadres and civil servants who quit their jobs under Decree 178 in localities is over 2,900 billion VND; the cost of paying non-professional workers who quit their jobs under Decree 154 is over 235 billion VND.

Up to now, the payment work has been implemented promptly, in accordance with regulations, ensuring publicity and transparency, contributing to creating consensus and psychological stability for the team of cadres, civil servants and non-professional workers at the grassroots level.

In addition, the province also supported nearly 2,200 cadres, civil servants and workers to work at the provincial and commune administrative centers with a total implementation cost of nearly 20 billion VND in 2025.
