460 listed enterprises meet information disclosure standards

The survey results in the IR Awards show that there are 460 businesses that meet information disclosure standards.

On October 2, Vietstock, the Vietnam Association of Financial Executives (VAFE) and the Finance and Life e-magazine (FiLi) co-organized the 15th IR Awards. This is an annual event to evaluate the transparency and professionalism in IR (Investor Relations) activities of listed companies. This activity is reflected in the quality of information disclosure, financial transparency and corporate governance.

In the 2025 survey, the program assessed 691 listed companies over a 12-month period, from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025. The results showed an improvement in information disclosure across the entire stock market. 460 listed companies were recognized as “Enterprises meeting information disclosure standards in 2025”, accounting for 67% of the total number of surveyed units and recording the highest rate in the entire 15 years of the IR Awards ceremony. This reflects a positive trend and increasing awareness of businesses about their roles and responsibilities in transparent information disclosure.

The overall picture in 2025 shows that the positive shift is not only in leading enterprises but also spreads strongly to the mid-cap and small-cap groups. According to the survey results from individual investors, the enterprises with IR activities most favored by investors in the largest capitalization financial sector include CTG - Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank); MBB - Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB); STB - Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( Sacombank ). In the large-cap non-financial sector, there are FPT, Vingroup and Vinamilk. In the Mid-Cap sector alone, there are Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company, Dabaco Vietnam Group and Digital World Joint Stock Company (Digiworld)...

Meanwhile, the top 3 listed enterprises voted by financial institutions as having the highest ratings in the large-cap financial sector include VietinBank, Techcombank and VPBank.
