According to an announcement from the production team on the evening of November 20th, the film "Money Trap ," starring Lien Binh Phat, has been postponed due to "some objective reasons." The producers emphasized that the postponement aims to "ensure the audience has the most complete cinematic experience." However, the specific reasons were not disclosed. Audiences who have already purchased tickets are advised to contact the theaters for assistance as instructed by the distributor. The production team affirmed that a new release date will be announced as soon as possible.

And the sudden postponement of the film's release came as a surprise to many viewers.

Responding to Thanh Nien newspaper about the reason for the sudden withdrawal from theaters, director Oscar Duong said: "Due to the continuous updates on the natural disaster and flooding situation in Central Vietnam in recent days, with so much heartbreaking information... At this time, screening a film requires many promotional activities, which we felt were inappropriate. Therefore, we decided to temporarily withdraw the film from theaters and will officially announce its return as soon as possible."
